Wednesday, October 29, 2014. It is quite obvious that I have not been updating this site recently. As so often with everyone, life gets busy and some things never make it off of the to do list. I continue to coach a few athletes and hold regular Thursday Night Sessions though my Perseverance Running. Brand Workouts are typically an hour or so long and alternate between flat, hill, and stair workouts at a large variety of venues. Monday, May 27, 2013.
Sunday, March 8, 2015. I can still do p90, just modify! Still working and sweating. My BFF for two weeks now. Using the foam roller too! Must take care of me, especially as I age.

Here is another digitial painting, starting out with a little sketch I did. I liked the pose of the sketch, so I tried to color it and add some things. I kind of like how it turned out. Not so happy with the background though, but right now anatomy is still my main field of learning. Later on I will try and integrate more composition and perspectival environment.
